Yes. It is your responsibility to protect your credit while we are working on your credit history. By not paying on your credit cards, adds more damage to your credit report.
There is a contract. However, you may cancel at anytime.
We ask clients to give us, 90 days to be eligible for a refund. If no errors are removed after 90 days, a full refund will be issued.
Smart Credit or Identity IQ allows us to use a complex system to compile a full credit report audit on your behalf. Within the report, you will see any and all negative items on your report (charge-offs, collections, late payments, repossessions, etc). During our call, we will go over the comprehensive audit together.
We require that you identify any negative information that is 100% accurate. You are also required to send us all correspondence received from bureaus and creditors.

Unfortunately, credit repair is never guaranteed. However, we can guarantee that we will do everything in our power to help you achieve a fair, accurate and substantiated credit report. Kindly note, everyone’s credit history is different. Therefore, the length of time and results vary for each client.
